Make payment-authority analysis a default capability—not another prompt.
The plugin packages a narrow analysis skill with MandateShield’s remote MCP server. It can freeze and inspect final economic facts, but it cannot redeem permits, hold provider credentials, call a provider or enforce provider egress.
What the plugin requires
- Freeze amount, asset, payee, provider, resource, fees and expiry.
- Stop when authority or a required economic fact is missing.
- Treat every plugin and MCP result as non-executable analysis or projection.
- Keep payment and provider credentials outside the model.
- Hand exact facts to a customer-deployed exclusive executor.
- Require that executor to use provider idempotency and reconcile unknown outcomes.
Neither the plugin nor MCP performs provider enforcement. A fresh MandateShield permit claim and the provider operation belong only inside that customer-deployed executor; no provider or facilitator adoption is claimed.
AUDITABLE PACKAGE
Inspect every instruction before enabling it.
The versioned archive contains the plugin manifest, one narrowly triggered skill, its normative payment-boundary reference and a remote MCP descriptor. It contains no credential and no hidden executable hook.
Directory status
The plugin package and its remote MCP dependency are ready and publicly inspectable. Inclusion in any third-party plugin directory remains subject to that directory operator's review and is not claimed until accepted. The MCP server is already usable through the public connection instructions. A separate no-auth profile exposes only non-executable authority analysis and protocol projection; it ignores credentials and contains no payment or subscription action.
